Our neighboring baker is Philippe Corlet,
and we are extremely lucky to have him here in the village. His bread is excellent, and after trying bread from
many other area bakeries, I have to say that JM and I haven't found any that we prefer to the wonderful Pain Meunier that we get from Philippe.
He also makes marvelous croissants, pains au raisin, chocolatine (pain au chocolat), a wide variety of pastries
and his own house chocolates. All-in-all, a very dangerous neighbor to have...
