OUR LIFE IN CHALABRE:

An American Expat in
the South of France
|
DESTINATION CADAQUÉS
(November 2006)
The weather continuing to be nice, we decided to visit the Spanish resort of Cadaqués located on the Costa
Brava in a natural harbor in the Cap Creus peninsula. Salvador Dali used to live there.
First, we drove on the French Cote Vermeille,
through the towns of Port-Vendres, Banyuls and, finally, Cerbere, the last town on the French side.

After entering Spain, we crossed Port-Bou and Llança before stopping at Port
de la Selva for lunch. Then it was on to Cadaqués, driving through the natural reserve of the Cape Creus.
