OUR LIFE IN CHALABRE: An American Expat in the South of France

WINTER DAWN (January 2007) In the morning, we take Maggie and the Shmoo for a walk around 7:30 a.m., just as the first rays of the Sun hit Chalabre. The bridge over the River Blau; the colors of the sky are true, but the background was brighter. The same, with photoshop color adjustment to enhance the background, just for fun. A very brief moment later, the sky is getting lighter but mysteriously the light of the dawn is still reflected in the river. Cours Sully at sunrise.
