THANKSGIVING
AT THE POSSUMS

(November 2007)

This year, for Thanksgiving, the first with our mom Irene in Chalabre, we had invited our friends Hazel, Peter and Margaret from West Chalabre, Kathy, Maggie-the-Human and Martin from Rivel.

The "guest of honor" was, of course, the traditional turkey (courtesy of Didier Antonio, our butcher from across the street).

Other foodstuffs included mashed potatotes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc.

Peter Sleigh (aka "The Mason") and Kathy from Rivel.

Maggie-the-Human, her husband Martin, both from Rivel, and Hazel.

Irene toasting the joy of Thanksgiving.

In the kitchen, Margaret and Randy toil, under the watchful eyes of their vigilant helpers, Shmoo and Maggie.

And a merry Thanksgiving to all!
