Gisors is an interesting town located north-west of Paris. Its major point of interest is a 12th century Templar Castle surrounded by numerous legends and mysterious stories, up to the 20th century. It is said to have possibly been the site where the Templars' treasure was kept hidden throughout the centuries, protected by a secret order of knights.
