THE NEW BAKERS HAVE ARRIVED (April 2009) After Philippe and Nadia Corlet left, we were all understandably concerned about their successors. Hallelujah! The new bakers are Gerard and Catherine Denis, formerly from Albi. Gerard is a master pastry chef and chocolate-maker. The store looks as glorious as before, and the offerings just as yummy... As Easter approaches, chocolate is king... A client buying bread from Catherine... Catherine... Yummy... Pastries! And some bread too... Pastry nests... Too much chocolate... Wall display... Another Easter display... Keeping cool... Various chocolate eggs... A chocolate rooster... A chocolate Mr. Potato-head!
